[laughs]
13:01
But seriously, look for the lowest hanging fruit.
13:04
If you are just, I don't know, staying up until 3:00 AM every night plowing through your to-do list and waking up at 6:00 AM exhausted, try going to bed an hour earlier.
13:15
If you get to the end of the day and realize, "My gosh, I haven't eaten, like, a single fruit or vegetable," throw one on your plate, right? If you realize, go get up from your desk and grab a glass of water.
13:26
Like, it can be so simple, but pick one thing that's really simple that you're pretty confident you can do, and it may seem so insignificant as to be like, what the heck is the point? But in my practice, what I try to coach people to do is, you know, we're gonna make small, simple action steps, and you're gonna focus on doing it until you're doing it consistently and you're feeling the benefit of it.
13:52
Like, take time to notice, it felt good when I drank that glass of water.
13:56
It felt good when I got up and walked to the mailbox and cleared my head for a minute.
18:40
Yeah
14:40
[laughs]
14:42
So interestingly, I definitely think that I'm a perfectionist, but I didn't necessarily relate to any of those five architects, so I don't know what that says about me, or archetypes.
14:53
But I think the positives of it are same.
14:56
Like, I'm pretty organized and I get things done, and if I say I'm gonna do it, I do it, and the quality of work that I put out I think is always excellent.
15:05
The downside for me is it... [laughs] shocker, Allison, but the overthinking.
15:10
Like, my overthinking stems from that desire for everything to be perfect and just so.

22:33
And so when you think about your business, what do you think the benefit your clients feel when they get to work with you? Elizabeth, we'll start with you.
22:42
I think for me, because I'm a perfectionist, I am constantly engaging in professional development and learning and, like, wanna be on top of the research and the latest, you know, ways, counseling methods, and, like, updated nutrition, science information.
