And you're going to see real estate around the new ball arena pretty soon when Elitches gets knocked to the ground and they relocate Elitches somewhere out by a soccer venue or something.

And he builds apartments there and all that.

I mean, he knows what he's doing.

I think they have a weekend pass for only $25, which is amazing.

But what I'm going to recommend is Elitch's because...

They do this really cool thing.

Right before Labor Day weekend, they do an online-only season pass, and it's $67.

have to say that's the beauty about this time of year, too.

I would say because we were at Elitch's over the weekend.

It was kind of dead because, again, most kids are back in school.

And I'll start with the Denver Nuggets.

I will tell you that Nate Timmons and myself got an indication that the Denver Nuggets were wanting to do something around Denver, Elitch's, that area.

All the way back in 2018.

And then shortly after that, it was announced that Revesco, a developer who had a partnership with Stan Kroenke, was going to be turning that area into a kind of, I wouldn't say mini neighborhood, but a neighborhood in Denver.

I mean, that was eight years ago.

Josh Kroenke, not only that, eight years ago, January.

So we're rapidly coming up to nine years since we kind of got an indication, Nate Timmons and myself, that there was going to be some development going on near and around Elitch's and Pepsi Center, as it was known at the time.

And that kind of tells you something, right? Now, a lot of what was happening with Revesco and KSC was planning.
