Elise Mitchell

Welcome to The Intangible Brand, where we explore the connection between employee experience and client experience, and the hidden forces that make brands stick.

I'm your host, Jerry Gennaria, and today's guest is Elise Mitchell, a three-time founder, former CEO, author, and executive coach with 25 plus years leading companies through growth and change.

She built Mitchell Communications Group into one of the fastest-growing PR firms in the world before it sailed to Dentsu.

And she's the author of Leading Through the Turn.

You have to teach that process, and in both situations, staying curious.

So we worked years ago with a business coach, Elise Mitchell, who a lot of us TRG-ners know and love.

Hi, Elise.

Uh, we worked with her on developing team norms.
