I have just finished a book called Hostage by Eli Sharabi.

He was held in the tunnels in Gaza for 491 days and it was the story of how he kept himself going and that was not a jolly read but quite inspirational.

Some of them have l- are very wise and have learned how to use their platform, like, like an Eli Sharabi.

He talks about it very frankly, that this going out on the road and talking about his book and about his experiences, it just helps him.
