Eitan Fishbane, who teaches Jewish religious thought, the tradition of the red string is associated more with folklore than with spirituality.

As we both know, there is a Kabbalah professor, Jewish mysticism professor at the Jewish Theological Seminary, Dr. Eitan Fishbane, who was one of my teachers.

And his father, Michael Fishbane, is a great Jewish philosopher of our time from the University of Chicago, now retired.

And Michael Fishbane wrote a book called Sacred Attunement.
