So my next question is, what do you think makes audio drama such a unique form of media?

Eira MajorGUEST
There are loads of things about it that make it really cool as a space to make stuff in.

Eira MajorGUEST
One of them is that compared to other bits of the creative industry as they exist right now, the barriers to entry are relatively low.

Eira MajorGUEST
I hear some people talk online about being able to make stuff in the audio drama space as though it would be possible for anybody to do it because you've got access to a smartphone or whatever.

Eira MajorGUEST
In order to be able to make something, you first have to have the time and energy to do that, and that's not possible for everybody.
