Egan Butcher

So – Of the Roosters, big dogs here.

Listen, I'm going to respectfully move Egan Butcher down to the not big dogs.

No disrespect.

I'm also going to move Cody Ramsey down there.

Are his cards marked at the club for what happened last year? Let me

just read out all of them as well.

So we've got Nat Butcher, Celeste Fichetti, Victor Radley, Billy Smith, Teddy, Sam Walker, and now we will go

to Vicky Radds.

11 players for them.

Roosters have Egan Butcher, Nat Butcher.

Get your Butchers.

They have Celesi Facchetti.

Again, I'm not sure if he's signed or not.

I thought he might have signed in the last few days.

He's after Egan Butcher, Isaiah Papali'i, Morgan Knowles.

So Fiketi, Nicholson, Egan Butcher, Papali'i, Morgan Knowles.

Well done on a great career, Daniel.

Lindsay Collins, Victor Radley, Connor Watson, Nat Butcher, Egan Butcher, and Angus Crichton.

Like, these are-- I mean, I, I don't know the validity of all of it in terms of, you know, him, him having direct oversight.

But that were when he was at those various institutions, players that were recruited, developed, or signed under his watch.

[laughs]

Best part about that squad, he named Egan Butcher did not get a ring.

[laughs]

For now.

Benji Wolo has been added to the 19, so in jersey number 20.

Egan Butcher there outside the 19.

So they haven't, they haven't finalized.

So Kyle McCarthy is still there.

What a story it is to see him named in a grand final line-up after everything he's been through over the last three seasons.

The reserves are Benaiah Aiolu, Tommy Talau and Egan Butcher.

Now for the Newcastle Knights.

They are the away team, but I dare say, I think if you're a Nova Castrian, you'll feel as though it is a home game on Sunday night.

So Connor Watson, who failed the HIA at Suncorp, was seeing an independent doctor today in a bid to be cleared to play in the grand final.

If he's not successful, Benaiah Uelu or Egan Butcher will be the player that comes onto the bench.

And Daley Cherry-Evans will become the oldest player in grand final history at 37 years and 183 days, surpassing the record currently held by Cameron Smith.

He played his last grand final, his last game, at 37 and 130 days.
