if i don't get my training done then that's obviously if if my manager hasn't given me the time to do it then that's on him but um but yeah my my raises are mostly efficiency based on a rolling 12 basis

and see that's the thing like i always looked at it so much and it's like Efficiency tells, to me, tells way more than production, right? Like if you look at going back to say your oil cooler job on your own car, like your own Jeep, if we started looking at how fast some of the guys eventually do that job, well, that shows that they're efficient at the job.

It's the production-based idea.

There's so many more variables that come into can you actually produce or not because everybody makes the assumption that there's perfect workflow coming in that they can produce hours on.

No, listen to what I said.

I said efficiency-wise, he does not, he does not, he's not in the same caliber as Tucker Kraft.

Tucker Kraft was on his way to being the tight end two overall only to Trey McBride before his injury.

So just going off their numbers I don't think is the right way to look at it.

Efficiency-wise, they were around the same area last year, 65% to 64%.

But over, uh, the course of their career, I do think Allen is the more efficient player, uh, even if Duren is also very efficient and, and usually shoots above 60% from the field as well.

As a defensive anchor and disruptor, I again think Allen, uh, wins in that category, especially as a team defender.

Yeah, he's probably the best defenseman in the playoffs for us.

I have to look into

LaMelo is, if he can stay healthy, one of the top five probably point guards in the NBA.

So- Efficiency-wise, I expect up him to go over 30 points.

I do expect him to be first team or second team All-NBA.

Um, I actually kind of expect his minutes to be, like, 35 again.
