I mean, one bad outcome, one fatality, my career was over.

But when, you know, Wes Burks, especially Edwin Kim, were publishing some really nice work about sublingual drops getting similar not as good but it's quite similar to oral immunotherapy i got really interested and i started doing it in my own practice too and just for our listeners there really is a big difference as far as you know reactions you know sublingual is done much gentler it's also at a lower dose but as dr kim has shown i mean in his studies which he's done for several years that especially specifically with the kids with peanut allergy, they were able to tolerate up to six or eight or nine peanuts.
