seven of the Continental reports, kind of collecting different bishop conferences, name women participation as a central concern.

I mean, it just pervades the document.

So much so that I think that whenever the synod participants or synod documents spoke in general terms about expanding participation in the life, leadership, and decision-making in the church, it's hard to shake the suspicion that they're really talking about expanded opportunities for women.

That really came through.

And one of the things, one of the reasons I started or I used the study group five report as a kind of a lens or a test case for a relational theology and ministries, I thought that what was really interesting.

So, you know, over the course of the Synod, listeners know this, but over the course of the Synod, a number of issues emerged as sort of like too big or too complex or needing further study.

Can you kind of bring this idea of relational ministry into the women's diaconate debate? How might that help?
