Ashley also hosts The Soul Horizon, a weekly podcast weaving together psychology and spirituality to explore consciousness, self-reclamation, and what it means to live in alignment with the higher self.

Ashley holds an Ed.S. degree in psychology, which is between a master's degree and a PhD, and is also the author of Blissful Basil, a plant-based cookbook from her longtime love of nourishing food and wholehearted living.

Ashley is based in Driggs, Idaho, and works with clients virtually across the country and brings a warmth to her work that comes from having been there herself.
