I, I mean, to me it was like...

Then later I ha- I had found out that the state's attorney, the local state's attorney in Edmunds County is the one that referred the complaint, and I, I just, um, was wondering or questioning why it needed to be elevated to, to the attorney general, why he wasn't able to legally, um, give legal response or opinion on, on the questions that whomever had.

So...

Wow.

Um, there is an effort to bring in this big, huge dairy farm into South Dakota, and a local farmer, insurance agent, a fourth-generation, uh, farmer, raises grain, raises cattle, uh, decided to speak up, questioned what was going on here, whether everything was above board, and the attorney general's office came after her.

Uh, she is now commissioner-elect for the First District of Edmonds County, so she'll be taking office soon.
