Edmund Hillary Fellowship

I visited New Zealand in 2013, the sort of ticky tour around the South Island in a camper van, and just had a really profound experience of just being here for a few days and the land essentially telling me that this was my home, which was, yeah, a very moving and connecting experience.

experience um and yeah i went home being like well now i need to work out how to move to new zealand and i didn't want to get a job which makes getting a visa difficult um as i've always worked for myself and i didn't have the money to sort of buy my way in as an entrepreneur but finally when i decided that maybe i need to take another path the edmund hillary fellowship Global Impact Visa came available and I felt like somebody had just written me a visa program.

So I was very quick to apply and was lucky enough to be in the first cohort.

Yeah.
