So then I raise the question, how do artists participate in this work of homemaking as it were, which is so funny.

Homemaking seems like such a lesser domestic kinda art, but, you know, Edith Schaeffer, Andy Hashworth, uh, and many others do such a wonderful, powerful work of helping people feel at home by making a home homely.

But I would say two th- ways.

When Edith Schaeffer, wife of Francis Schaeffer, decided to write her book on the home, she chose a title put together by four words that form the searching question, "What is a family?" And then she set out in the chapter titles that would follow to answer that question.
