Edison State Community College

Our next question has to deal with that, how they play a role with students, especially with K through 12.

But first, a quick look at an offer from Edison State Community College that recently did just that, offering high schoolers, even a seventh grader, a summer manufacturing boot camp.

Take a look.

Held over the summer, the Charger Future Manufacturing Boot Camp is a hands-on learning experience for junior high and high school students.

It's put on by Edison State Community College and Honda.

So at Edison State, we have camps for youth ages 12 to 16 dealing with the manufacturing sector because there is a huge skills gap.

So we started out with the 12 to 16-year-olds, and that was very extremely successful.

The more youth we can get to participate in work-based learning opportunities, the better we'll be.
