Well that was in, I did Edinburgh Marathon again in 2025 and I did 3 hours 7 minutes and 32 seconds and then I did London this year and I got 3 hours 7 minutes and 9 seconds so that's my PV but I mean I've never actually, I think when I do a marathon I'm not very good at tapering and I'm not very good at like doing workouts like speed workouts I think most I would do is like a park run and I don't look at my watch like during the Edinburgh one I didn't look at my watch at all and London I like tried to stick with the three-hour pacer but that fell off and then yeah so maybe if I actually trained for it I'd be a bit
