They take on Rikishi and Too Cool, so I guess this is continuing the Edge and Christian/Too Cool feud that started on Raw.

He wants Ospreay sent to New Japan.

He says he's picking a fight with AEW and he was talking about the Young Bucks and FTR and Edge and Christian.

So I think he's just word saying.

But he does have a match at King of Pro Wrestling where he and Oscar will be teaming up with a mysterious ex for the Never Six Man Championship, which is currently, of course, held by AEW.

Is it a major

artery? I mean, how do you make me care even the slightest about a FTR versus Copenhagen match? You put the own books and some ladders in there and I think that probably...

That'll quicken my pulse to the point where I might actually keep me awake at 3 o'clock in the morning.

Um, but like you don't really appreciate how much so until you're, like, really delving into the culture of the thing, right? So, um, yeah, the, the, you know, the question you asked, why do I wanna take this big stupid flip bump off a 20-foot ladder through two tables onto a concrete floor with no padding, I've seen, uh, the Hardy Boys and Edge and Christian and the Dudley Boys set up that table on top of a ladder spot c- like once or twice.

I've seen the Motor City Machine Guns do the same thing.

I've always wondered as a kid, why has no one gone through that table? Because as a wrestling fan, I wanna see it.

Later on the night...

Edge and Christian finally break Orangeville zone edge, defeating Sarnia's Lance storm to retain his intercontinental championship.

He also, uh, Well, he also had the King of the Ring trophy, which was styled to look like the Grey Cup.

So, I mean, he was basically holding it like it was the Grey Cup and sort of like kind of like a Stanley Cup as well, too.

And I would not, I would, if somebody asked me to do a one man concerto to him, I would immediately shut it down because it really, really looks horrible.

But yeah, It was jarring in a way that you knew that this was the end of Christian and Edge for a long time.

And for Canadian wrestling fans, Edge and Christian, this was huge.

They were ours.

So of course, there are a bunch of brother tag teams in wrestling.

We've got the Hardys, we've got the Steiners, we've got Edge and Christian.

We've got the Brothers of Destruction, although you should probably ignore those last twos, 'cause they're totally lies.

Thankfully though, Matt and Jeff Hardy are real-life siblings, as are Fenix and Penta, so of course, when they were both in AEW around about 2023, they were able to have a tag team match, the issue being they were on the same side because they were a couple of babyfaces.
