Eddie Cheever

Okay.

So drove for Eddie Cheever.

He won the race.

Um, I ran fifth.

Yeah.

Who won it, won it the year, your first year there when you got fifth? Who won it that year?

Eddie Cheever, my teammate.

Oh, okay.

And, of course, you know, Perroni and both Villeneuve were French-speaking.

He was the first one to basically tell Gilles Villeneuve that, hey – Rumors in Europe are that Ferrari is looking for a driver, and the two names that are being talked about are you and Eddie Cheever.

And Eddie Cheever then was like, we interviewed him, remember? He was like 18, 19 years old.

And Villeneuve did not even believe this until he got the call from Ferrari people saying that they want to talk to him.

And that's another story in itself, how you went there and talked to and so on, went back and signed the deal.

He said, they are now gone.

So we parked there, and it's in the evening, and there is the USF and Jeep sponsored car, which Derek Warwick and Eddie Cheever used to drive, and I remember those days very well.

But that car didn't give me the chills.

But then I saw a side part of another Arrows, and that says Warsteiner.
