Well, you missed the glory days.

And I finally got to the bottom of that Al Roboski story because it was on Wikipedia that he was drowning in Zsa Zsa Gabor's pool and she saved him.

And then driving up, it's Ali Hakim and Edo Annie.

Uh, the wardens, the guy from green acres, uh, Eddie Albert.

Yes.

I knew I recognized that little weasel from somewhere.

Like who is in charge of the plumbing? There's fucking no one is taking a shower.

And yet all the showers, just water pouring out of all the showers.

And he goes in and this and the warden, Eddie Albert from Green Acres, is like, look, I told you to lose, which is the whole thing.

He's trying to get a tune up for his guards.

I'm bringing it up when they, they look back and the church is completely on fire and it's a fucking downpour.

And there's not a drop of water where they're standing, where Eddie Albert and Tom Skerritt and not, not a drop of water.

I was like, Oh, all right.

So there were things like that to kind of threw me off, but so much of it was just so fun.

It was pretty good.

Especially at the end when the rain was falling and his eyeballs all popping out, you know? It's got a pretty good cast if you think about it.

There is Eddie Albert.

He plays like the scientific advisor to Tom Skerritt's character.

She demanded that Sidney Gilleroth do her hair.

And she demanded a role for her then husband, Mr. Eddie Fisher.

That's why Eddie Fisher is in this movie, because there ain't no other reason why Eddie Fisher would be in this movie other than Elizabeth Taylor demanded.

I don't think he did as bad as everybody makes it out to be.

It is a nothing part.

I think Eddie Albert would have made more of it.

My understanding is he was up for it or was considered.

I think somebody could have made a little bit more.

with all of our men and women overseas.

And we've told similar stories about Jimmy Stewart, Clark Gable, Henry Fonda, and Eddie Albert, giving up lucrative careers at the height of their fame to serve their country at war.
