actually do it? We expected that giving students a course about mental health literacy, so teaching them how to identify what is or isn't a disorder and explain what stress is and how to manage stress and where to go to get help if they think their stress is more than normal.

It's very much a kind of extra add-on to what happens to you whilst you're at university so of course you're navigating through all these various streams of maybe starting from scratch in a brand new place not knowing anyone or maybe staying at home and just coming in but kind of expanding your mindset or having to work so many hours a week in order to pay bills and things we do need to make sure that we're training staff as well as students
