Well, I've been involved for over 50 years in education and training in the workplace, both in higher education.

Yeah, I just wanna say this very quickly.

And, uh, Joy started us off with, uh, Dr. King's words, and I had the honor of interviewing Nelson Mandela on three occasions and spent some time with him.

A-and he suggested that in times like this we have to find truth, and that's truth within ourselves and with those who surround us.

And so I'd like to encourage all of us to respectfully hold ourselves accountable, our leadership accountable, our elected officials accountable, and the people in the streets accountable.

Um, this is a historic moment for us.
