So it has to be a combination of radicalism and sensible conservative approach.

For instance, this is not really answering your question, but when I decided to go down the Easy Care sheep route, for instance, I didn't make the plunge the first year that Easy Care was offered to me because I was part of a sheep group.

And would you like to have an Easy Care tub? And I thought, nah, I'm going to think about it.

So it's worth... getting as much, in that case, I mean, I don't suppose there was much data.

It's more just a mindset and consideration approach, but it's worth getting as much data and making good, making sure you're making decisions on the basis of as much data and as much, maybe that sounds too off-putting when you say data, but just get as much information as you can and think a lot about decisions before you make them, but then be radical when you've decided to do it.

So, for instance, with Easy Care again, I thought I've had about 20 years of pure Clin.

Am I really going to throw it all in? You know, I had a completely closed Clin flock.

Well, on the easy care sheep, I mean, Clarkson had easy cares, didn't he? Yeah, they're wild.

They were wick, weren't they? Easy

So 10 rams gone out.

Um, we have three Texels, two Suffolks, three Charleys, and two Easycare rams gone out to the ewes this week.

We also have around 60 ewe lambs picked for breeding.

They won't join with sires for another 10 days.

That just gives us, uh, a little bit of chance in springtime in terms of having a good few ewes lambed and having space to spend a bit more time with those, uh, yearling hoggets lambing down.

Um, so they'll join pr- m- with the majority of them will go with, uh, Charley rams, uh, some purebred Easycares, maybe a bred Easycare.

So that's where we're at on the cattle side.

So we are, uh, bringing in cull cows, uh, this week, and I'm gonna start getting them going on a, a bit more feed.
