Eastern philosophy

Okay, and let's talk about that a little bit.

You're kind of referring to some of the Eastern philosophy that you started living, right? Can we talk about that for my listeners? And for me personally, I don't really know what that is.

I've heard the term before.

So can you as easy as you can break it down for people to understand what Eastern philosophy is?

Well, for me, it was an innate curiosity.

I always felt like a stranger in a strange land.

Well, I'll read you the thing.

It says, Street Doll Amusings of an Angry Buddha cuts through the noise of modern spirituality with raw, unfiltered insight.

So, uh, you know, 'cause what did the Buddhists say? Dukkha, attachment brings pain, desire brings suffering, and I hear you talk about things being transient.

So I hear a very Eastern philosophy here that could, I think, be of great benefit to these people who cling on to a certain self, uh, attachment.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.

So how do you approach the brain and these issues?

So I suppose the first level is one which a lot of Westerners are familiar with.

And I guess I call that kind of basic Eastern philosophy, which is in keeping with our current Western ideas.

So I think the West is, as I said, good at treating the symptoms and to some extent helps us reduce self-obsession.

And then, you know, you turn to the East.

You look at Eastern philosophy.

You look at the poetry of someone like Basho in Japan, medieval Japan.

It's so simple.

Well, a- actually now that you mention that, like, so I love the whole, like, sex hacker view into sex, right? And learning sexual skills.

And when I just attended your multiple orgasms workshop with Topfloor, you said something at the beginning which was like, "I like the meeting of like the Eastern philosophy and Western science." Can you talk a little bit about that? Because that really resonated with me.

I'm like, I think, I think I like that too.

'Cause when I go to a workshop, I love like all the nuggets you give and like the tutorials and like, um, diagrams that you'll show in addition to like the more like tantric energy stuff, you know? [laughs]
