the it gets terrible when it's coming through and then it calms down for a little while and then it gets terrible again and it's that it's that uh that eye that passes over i've experienced that quite a few times but you know the the crazy thing is um you know just it's it's a mentality for sure because we talk about going into the fall and you know how we look at um the the holidays how we look at missing you know a workout you know instead of because it's oh man so much so instead of like ignoring it acknowledging it and being cool but being okay with it you know what i mean like instead of just like totally putting it on the shelf and avoiding it like hey okay i missed the workout but it's not the end of the road i'm gonna make it i'm gonna be here tomorrow i'm gonna do okay i enjoyed this meal it's not the end of the road i'm gonna get right back on tomorrow and it's a it's a it's really a huge difference in that mindset that I think is just super important that, you know, people kind of, when they're addressing things like that, which side they stand on.
