And I couldn't, I was just sort of standing there like.

and he turned or what he was typing on his keyboard when i stood there and he turned to face me and he crossed his legs and he was like spit it out siski and i couldn't get the words out so i wrote it on a piece of paper and i was like i don't feel well i'm going to go to the doctors so i take myself to the doctors i drove to the doctors and um because i couldn't phone them because i couldn't speak and i walk into the reception and i'm trying to say to her I need to see a doctor and she said I think you're having a stroke and with that they found an ambulance for me and it's all quite vague and like it's not clear in my head as to what happened but I remember being in that like the triage bit in A&E in East Surrey Hospital and I remember my husband being there because they'd phoned my husband and and he was stood holding the bar on the side of my bed, talking to the doctor and the bar was rattling and it was really annoying me, but I couldn't say, can you stop doing that? And I was just like going, and I was just thinking, why can't I talk? Why can't I talk? And then, then I remember them both looking at me and the doctor grabbing my shoulder.

And then I don't remember anything until, I mean, that was maybe 10, 11 o'clock in the morning until about, it must've been, Well, it was nighttime because it was pitch black outside.

And then I had a different doctor talking to me.

you know, just random rubbish, really.

And we made our way up to East Surrey Hospital.

And all the way, you're kind of just thinking, no, they've got it wrong.

They've got it wrong.

So Theo, whilst he was on treatment, his oncology protocol is if a child spikes the temperature of 38, they have to go into hospital and spend a minimum of 48 hours in hospital.

And when they're weak, they've got no immune system, this is a frequent occurrence.

We spent so, so many nights up at East Surrey Hospital on the oncology department um with high temperatures constantly and and he'd say to me there was three oncology rooms and they said one of them has been done up quite nice it's got stuff going on on the walls and little posters and things and he'd say i'd say to him darling you've spiked the temperature we need to go in oh please mommy let us go to room one obviously i had no control over that And nine times out of 10, we're in room two or room three.

And they're playing walls.

So well done for that.
