Who you gonna call? The firehouse from Ghostbusters is a real working fire station in Tribeca, New York, and fans still queue for photos outside.

Tim Burton's Beetlejuice turned the quiet village of East Corinth in Vermont into the fictional town of Winter River.

For a touch of witchy magic, Practical Magic was filmed in Washington State.

The Owens sisters' house was built on San Juan Island, while the town scenes were shot in Coupeville on Whidbey Island.

And so, like, you're right, the, the movie's afterlife has definitely kept going better than the cartoon because we've, you know, recently had part two.

Both, by the way, I wanna give a shout-out, 'cause I'm a New Englander, filmed, uh, in East Corinth, Vermont.

Hmm.

[laughs] Which is, of course, supposed to be the fictional town of Winter River, Connecticut.

Yeah.

But yeah, so no, really, really loved that.

And tons of people, when they filmed the second one, that I know traveled to East Corinth to see could they get on as an extra.
