Early Head Start

How are you offering seats in the classroom to families who are struggling or may be struggling financially?

We're gonna be partnering with, um, LSU Early h- Early Head Start program, um, so hopefully we will be able to offer as many seats as possible.

The center is licensed for 50 children.

Um, we're, we're hoping to be licensed up to 50 kids.

So we're probably gonna be partnering with them to offer at least half of those seats to Early Head Start fa- E- Early Head Start families.

And, um, we're also gonna be accepting, um, CCAP, which is Childcare Assistance Program, which is subsidized, uh, um, tuition payments through the state.

Any mom and dads, caregivers, grandma, grandpa, there is a Early Head Start Open House event taking place tomorrow, Tuesday, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. from the Human Development Commission's Early Head Start Open House.

That's tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Human Development Commission's Early Head Start building, North Elk Street, Sandusky.

That's as you're heading out of town from the Four Corners going on Sandusky Road.

Who should attend? Well, if you're enrolled in the Early Head Start, families, interested families, community partners, you can meet the staff, learn more about the Early Head Start, visit their playroom, enjoy a meal with them, and sign up for free diapers to even have adult ones.

In my case, I'll probably be needing them very soon.

especially if I ever have an astronaut girlfriend.
