And then, within 48 hours, the most bizarre sequence of events began.

And because of that, they were going to reduce our monthly payment by £55, so that's a win-win in itself, isn't it? But they were also going to refund 950 quid directly into my account.

950 quid out of nowhere, plus £55 saved every single month.

But yeah, we will have those questions all of the time.

And today's customer was asking me about energy companies because they'd been looking at E.ON and British Gas.

And they actually said something I wasn't aware of.
