Mike LevineHOST
Tell us a little bit more on like the lead up to that, what that looked like for training, your focus, like mental, how much travel you were doing, like what was that build up like for you at the time?

Dylan MoscovitchGUEST
I mean, for an Olympic run, there are so many things to focus on long before you get to the Olympics.

Dylan MoscovitchGUEST
Every year there's a Grand Prix season, there's nationals where you have to qualify for the world and four continents teams.

Dylan MoscovitchGUEST
Then if you make it, it's four continents and then there's worlds and then potentially show season where you do exhibitions or tour, start your choreography for the next season and start training.

Dylan MoscovitchGUEST
And so It's kind of like there's a cycle within the four-year cycle every year that restarts and it's all building towards that.

Dylan MoscovitchGUEST
That four-year cycle more or less was with, started with my partner Kirsten one year prior to that four-year cycle.
