Duplex

Very different strategies for both of them, but definitely develop a mindset for both of those, okay? Now I do wanna also talk about my favorite new property that's under 300,000.

So it's under 500,000, but it's under $300,000, Duplex and Lee's Summit.

This will not be available much longer.

I don't know who uploaded these photos, but they are sideways.

basically.

Well, as it so happened, several days after Kurt went missing, one of the residents of the Duplex, who was, you know, where the party was held, actually said that there's someone sleeping on a cot in the basement of our duplex.

He's telling this to Dorothy, or they are.

And I think it might be Kurt, but I'm not 100% sure.

We have four different product lines, Duplex, Pioneer, Heritage, Legacy, which as they grow in that name, the price does too.

So for me here in Pioneer series in that $250 to $350 range, Um, a lot of folks, and this is obviously just with competition of who's in my price point, uh, sprinkler system sod, you know, it's kind of one of those things where it's, uh, everyone has to have it and many blinds.

I know that's very simple too.
