Dunya

Your intention is not Akhirah.

Allah will give you in the Dunya.

Allah is Zalim.

Allah does not oppress you.

For Allah is going to give you in the Dunya, not going to give you in the Akhirah.

Because you didn't want the Akhirah.

Okay.

Being good, dunya.

I had a very linear view of life, that what I knew is what it's supposed to be in terms of how to become successful, right? You know this.

I'm a- I'm hyper-obsessed with success, right? But I thought success was what I had found, right? Which I had found a way to get successful in this Dunya.

But now the more and more I've kind of tried to get Islamic knowledge, I've realized that all success stems from living as close to the Sunnah as you possibly can.

So over the last year, like, my whole framework has changed from, you know, take the Islamic parts of me and take the non-Islamic parts of me, and this is one person, right? The slogan of my podcast used to be balancing the Dunya and the Akhirah.

I need to change it soon because I found the answer, right? It was a year I was trying to find the answer.

How do you balance the Dunya and the Akhirah, right? How do you have some Dunya and how do you have some Akhirah? I found the answer, how you balance it.

You don't.

There is no balancing the Dunya and the Akhirah.
