welcome back for another dose of science i'm your host boston phg joined as always by dr moon uh we're here to talk about and uh uh rank uh dungeon clawler our most recent game reminder here that our next one is going to be the rogue prince of persia and play that for the next month um we're gonna figure out our final thoughts here on the game overall we're going to ask the question we ask every month which is uh are we going to continue to play this game and then uh we're going to figure out where it sits in the list of the best roguelikes of all time you can find that at we roguelike it.com um all right moon what are your final thoughts here for dungeon clawler

Well, I'm definitely probably still going to keep playing it, mostly just because it's installed on my machine.

I feel like this is doable achievements.

It's the worst.

We're here for our fourth and final week of Dungeon Clawler.

How did your dungeon get clawed this week, Moon? These past two weeks, I guess.

I mean, it's me, and it's a game I'm enjoying, so I got multiple clears, we'll say.

okay uh unfortunately all that i've done has been a lot less i just played a lot with garbage greg and squiddy because those were kind of my my two focuses and i think i finished a run with garbage greg that was fairly okay but i don't think i've finished anything with squiddy yet that one's i just haven't had a synergy come together yet

um

All right, that's all we got for Dungeon Clawler, I think.

So let's talk about our next game here.

So all of those I played for like five or six hours and had a nice enough time.

But the one that's actually stuck with me is one I've been playing on my mobile called Dungeon Clawler.

It's available on lots of other places as well.

It's on Steam.

Okay, some sort of summer update for

Dungeon Clawler.

Yeah, and I unlocked a beach-themed outfit for somebody, too, by playing that thing.

And the perk gambling machine with the purple bags in the thing, there was a bar of soap in there, which I also collected and got somebody else's costume, so I was like, I don't know what's going on.

I did not get back to Defender of the Crown this week, and I probably played one or two games of, uh, Dungeon Clawler.

Again, that one is just the runs are really long and whatever, but every so often in the last couple weeks, I'm like, "Let me just do one more." It's just a big time commitment.

So Shotgun Chess is kind of what I'm playing, but a couple days ago I did it.

Um, I finally won a run this week, and I-

And, uh, let's see.

What have I been playing for Nintendo? Um, let us start with Dungeon Clawler.

Um, I'd heard some good stuff about Dungeon Clawler.

I talked about this a little bit, I think, last week.

I have continued to play it.

Um, I, I have won two runs in Dungeon Clawler, and I, I can't recall if I've mentioned this on the show or not, but I- I'll say it again just in case.

Uh, well, let me, let me just once again rehash what Dungeon Clawler is.

Dungeon Clawler is a, is a rogue-like game where your, what would normally be your cards in a, in a, in a rogue-like deck builder, are actually items in a claw machine.
