The UL Bows under Simon Malone have had a fantastic season.

promotion last season and had a very very good Munsters Senior Cup with a win over your Munsters and a high scoring loss to Cork Constitution with a win over Middleton to start off that run of three so they'll be happy enough with their start before the NRG All-Ireland League Division 2 kicks off this weekend and Dungannon Johnny Gillespie has stepped away from Dungannon this year and forgive me I do not have the head coach that has taken over there the PRO and I believe it's been promotion from within, but Johnny Gillespie no longer with Dungannon.

A lot of information coming at us this evening with Dungannon, who played incredibly well last year and had a brilliant, brilliant run against the Stevenson Park.

We'll look to try and get that home semi-final where they were pipped against Shannon in Limerick last year.

Galwegians under Brendan Guilfoyle as well have done very, very well.

so there are teams desperate to be in it and there are players desperate to be in it and there was probably a bit of migration on that front because of it but Yeah, looking forward to getting going with it tonight, I suppose.
