Beyond Terranure.

Yeah, west of Dundrum Town Centre, actually, you know.

So language has always been important to me.

I really love writing those dialogue.

It's a beautiful afternoon, a little bit chilly, but it's a lovely spring afternoon with blue skies.

And I've just arrived at the Mill Theatre here in Dundrum Town Centre.

And I'm here... for a rehearsal, the final rehearsal of the Conference of the Birds, which is a play.

It's more than a play.

And also to be here in Dundrum town centre, the heartbeat of Ross O'Carroll Kelly land.

And the contractor in this case, the contractor who will do the work on that hospital is John Siskinson.

They're a 167-year-old Irish company founded in Cork and have been involved in building everything really from the Aviva Stadium, Croke Park redevelopment, Dundrum Town Centre.

They've built churches, banks, hotels, tunnels and hospital buildings as well.

So you'd imagine the expertise would be there on their side.

But yes, most people.

Volkswagen Group were too busy because they have an ID Polo GTI in the Dundrum Town Center that I was playing with the other day.

So, so that's kind of the history of it then.

So what we have here then is we've got, we're in Dundrum town center.

A fabulous, big restaurant.

Uh, you've got a bar on one level, uh, which we're, which we're in at the moment.
