They were in the Duncannon area around Hawk Rock, which is, as I'm sure you know, is an iconic place.

And Duncannon is one of the best trail towns on the whole trail.

So I'm married to a pastor now, an ELCA Lutheran pastor, but I was married before.

And we lived in a town called Duncannon, Pennsylvania, and the Appalachian Trail goes through that town.

And there's a church, an ELCA Lutheran church in that town that would feed hikers dinner every week.

Hikers who were walking through, they'd feed them a free dinner.
