Heroes of the 7th Battalion, KOSB.

For nine days, they checked the fury of the Hun, and when they were ordered to withdraw across the river, they came out proud and in haughty band, 2,000 strong out of 7,500 that entered the battle.

Because again, like the South Staffordshire, a lot of people... sort of glossed over the fact that there were other soldiers there, weren't just paratroopers, there were glider troops, and specifically guys from the borders of Scotland.

And of course, people that know us, we've done a lot of work on the 4th Battalion, the King's Own Scottish Borders, and the 5th Battalion of the King's Own Scottish Borders.

The 7th Battalion is the sister battalion of the 5th, because they're all from the Dumfries and Galloway region.
