first one is Poirot-Doup because I cannot put up with Luke and Kierkegaard anymore.

Just about put up with Dumbia because he's a better player than Kierkegaard.

So for me, Poirot-Doup, get him 100% thick.

And you can see that in the poor first half that Sporting had.

Again, we had more Dumbia, like, what exactly are we doing here? I don't think he really fit.

He really fit in this game.

So again, I thought it was a pretty disappointing performance from him.

We saw the benefit of a natural right-sided player or what a natural right-sided player could look like when we saw the ball that Iker Bravo played.

I mean, he drifted out to the right-hand side against Preston, whipped in a ball that was absolute peach for Dumbia.

If we had a quadrobar or one of those players that likes to play on the left side, who can whip balls in from the right like that, then we might be creating a few more chances for those four players.

Because we went 4-4-2 after Luka came on.

Otherwise, he would have only had seven rather than the eight people filling on the nine-seated bench.

But who would you start against Bristol City away? Would you go with Kierkegaard or would you be going with Dumbia? Because he's worked very hard, but it's been a few difficult games.

Well, I feel like Dumbia definitely puts more effort in than Kierkegaard.

But I just feel like...

Kjumgaard, he gives me much more confidence.

I'd agree with that.

I just think Brad also not being fit was stuck with these two options.

And I love Dumbia, but I think he's just really raw at the moment.

And he can't stop scoring this season, his seventh of the campaign already for the Barcelona captain.

A bit of a scramble and it's 1-1 this time.

And I think, you know, these last two games have been very encouraging, where it looks like, you know, the center-back dynamic between Ionassu and Debas has been working.

You're starting to see Dumbia fill up the pitch a little bit more, which is what I expected from him.

And like you said, you know, AltaMedia is just growing in confidence.

And there's going to be several players on the pitch making their Champions League debuts.

So they're going to want to impress.

They're going to be motivated.

And there's already a rumor out Mancini's coming to watch the game for Dumbia to bring him up his first time to Italy.

So there's a lot of pressure now on these young guys, like Derek said, their first time in the Champions League, getting recognition on a big stage and stuff like that.

Traore, as we feared, wasn't fit, which meant Albert Eames got to hit the start and his first full league debut.

And Pajero, Bove and Luka came in for Abin, Edo Kember and Dumbia.

When you saw that team news drop at, what is it, 1.45 now, isn't it? It's a little bit earlier than it was previously.

How did you feel about that? Did it make sense to you?

And I think Sam's mentioned it in the past that we've got now a glut of... of outside left or striker players.

So taking Naby Zardar out gave Mamo the chance to go back to the position that he likes to play.

Dumbia and Kieran Goat, I mean, it's one or the other, isn't it? It's the only two we've got.

So if you're going to give them a chance, I mean, I know Boyeru's come in.

And we had a couple of those chances and we weren't there.

You know, that's my Dumbia comment, right? If he'd stepped forward one step forward, he'd have got ahead of the ball in front, you know, and he was behind the goalkeeper, you know, just in the six yard box, but he hasn't anticipated that.

and just move forward a little bit, you know.

Pacheco missed one, and I thought it was LK9, so I was swearing at him.

And then you've got Kevin who can... be somewhere else no who can be you know maybe on the bench as cover because we do need we absolutely need him as cover because he's the fourth center back at this moment and travis akamayo is not he's also going to be out until the i think the transfer they're not the transfer window the international break i think he's going to still be out for a little while And, of course, he's not actually played very much at all, but he's been relied upon, I think, as the fifth Beatle.

Tuesday, Preston, who are you playing up front? Because we've done this thing quite a lot of rotating who's playing up front between Dumbia and between Luka Kierumgaard, but it feels like we're coming down on Kierumgaard with then Dumbia coming on making additional appearances.

From what I can see, and I think the stats back me up here, is you just don't get enough in the box from Dumbia.

And, you know, he's athletic, he's pacey, he's sort of the striker that will run in behind.

And I don't know, I feel like I've been watching players like Bravo and Bove in this season, getting frustrated with Kerem Guard and And Dumbia, when they don't quite have that movement or they don't quite do the thing that they want them to do.

And I really do think that Buadu could be that guy that just runs in behind or, you know, gives that little bit of movement that opens up the space, which is exactly what these guys need.

So a really exciting signing.

Yeah, absolutely.

It is all about that, that, difference, being able to bring on something different to pose Championship defenders a different question.

Last season we saw it with Semedo and Kerem Gard and Dumbia, they're all similar profiles and bringing on players off the bench didn't really make much difference and we've seen that Kerem Gard and Dumbia, they've got something there but it's one in three games and that's not enough for the Championship unfortunately So to have something different and when you see Boadu's goals and how he talks about himself as a player, it's all about pace and finishing accuracy and that's what you need in a side like Watford.

When you're maybe soaking up a lot of pressure and wanting to hit teams on the counter-attack, you maybe lose that aspect of being able to hit someone further up the pitch as almost like a target man like the other two forwards you've got.
