Dukovany

Albert has nearly 350 supermarkets and hypermarkets across the country and is currently Czechia's third-largest grocery retailer by revenue.

The head of Czech energy company CES, Daniel Beneš, says the contract with South Korea's company, KHNP, to build two nuclear reactors at Dukovany has a fixed price and timetable, with penalties for delays or breaches.

His comments followed news that KHNP ended negotiations with the Korean Construction Consortium over disagreements on key contract terms.

Beneš described the development as significant, but said there was currently no indication that the construction schedule was threatened.
