Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council

And I don't think beleaguered is an unfair word on this occasion.

Councillor Harley has previously called for, quote, heads to roll at the Combined Authority.

So we asked the West Midlands Combined Authority, is it true that it is now going to be delayed again into next year? And they sent us a statement saying this.
