Yes, so this is a very distinctive project and piece of work because, well, I work in futures and foresight for almost 30 years, public-private organisations, academia, Non-for-profit organizations.

I've been working both World Economic Forum with the Dubai Future Foundation, European Union and European agencies and organizations.

I founded my own company in... nine years ago.

I am a co-founder of another company, which name is The Long Game.

Dubai has launched a new accelerator program to expand the use of agentic artificial intelligence across government services.

The Dubai Future Foundation said the first phase will bring together 33 government entities and assess more than 300 public-facing use cases.

The program aims to help government entities develop prototypes for AI-powered services in significantly shorter timeframes.

Agentic AI can work independently towards an objective, making decisions and carrying out tasks without constant human supervision.

In the latest project we did in Singapore, together with Big Capital Spring, we used a lot of green in the middle as a public space, as a plaza above the city, overlooking Singapore and where people can be there, fresh air, encountering other people, meeting with nature.

And so the same thing, for instance, here in Dubai, with MIT, with Sensible City Lab, and the Dubai Future Foundation, we are analysing at very high resolution the thermal clouds in the city in order to really see how we can change the structure of the city in order to make it Better, cooler and more livable.

And the second layer then is once they are a mandate fit, then I have the fiduciary duties of an investor.

So both of them have to be aligned, but the first question is always, are you doing anything on the ground here? And once that's fulfilled, then are you the right partner on the ground that has, whether it's the unique selling point, a differentiation, um that really adds to the values of whether it's an a great investment or it constructs our investment portfolio in a way that makes sense so well um what and if i was to elaborate on that is we could have three four amazing mandate fitted uh uh players to assess but then not all of them would would fit into a construction as well so i i do have to be fiduciary i have to act upon my fiduciary duties of managing an investment uh uh vehicle as well.
