So the former chair of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, and the founder of Drug Science, Professor David Nutt.

He will discuss the future of medical cannabis research at the Cannabis Health Symposium in London later this year, which is quite soon.

The CBD accredited Cannabis Health Symposium returns to London for a full day, basically the evidence led across the policy regulation, access to clinical practice, bringing together the healthcare professionals, industry, and patient advocates, and obviously Professor David Nu- uh, neuropsychopharmacology at Imperial College London.

The Independent Scientific Committee on Drugs maintained that really alcohol was the most dangerous drug, both in terms of self-harm and harm to others.

People are always happy to use drugs that make them feel better, and certainly all the drugs which are used may have some temporary improvement, for example, in mood, but the problem is that they, the majority of them, including benzodiazepines, you develop a psychological and a physical dependency so that you have to keep on taking them, and you have to keep on taking more of them.

The fall caused multiple traumatic injuries, with Payne suffering both internal and external bleeding.

At its very core, drug science must remain independent.
