Drew Parker

This

is Drew Parker right here.

I

found a bunch of memories.

You're listening to The Country Goldmine, and I'm Dylan Stone.

Now, Drew Parker is one of those Nashville guys who spent years writing hits for everybody else before people finally looked up and said, hey, maybe let the guy with the guitar sing one.

That's country music for you.

Ten years of paying your dues and suddenly you're the overnight success that only took a decade.

Drew grew up in small town Georgia where party in the back usually meant somebody dragged a cooler into a pickup bed and one uncle was absolutely convinced he could still do a backflip.

Country optimism undefeated.

Here's Drew Parker.

This is called Party in the Back.

This man actually exists and actually said things.

Shout out to Drew Parker-

Dude

... who is slinging the gospel in the country music too.
