It's not the man- manufacturer of the equipment.
1:54
The equipment is just parts, right? They're bigger part-- the biggest parts, and they're the most expensive parts, but they're just parts.
1:59
They're no more important than the PVC, the gas piping, the electrical, the condensate pump, or anything else that we put in, right? You've been made, as contractors, to believe that that's the case.
2:08
It's just not true, okay? It's not accurate.
2:11
You may believe it and it might be true for you, but it's just not accurate, right? The reality is, is you have your former colleague and coworker, David, uh, Richardson over at National Comfort Institute, and he put a system in years ago.
2:23
And I remember a story he wrote in, uh, Contracting Business Magazine where the customer came back after the fact, and he basically said, "Hey, we're gonna make things comfortable, more energy efficient throughout the, you know, the house." And he put the system in, did what he was supposed to do, did exactly what he sold to the customer, what the customer was buying, but the customer came back and said they weren't happy.
2:39
And they went out and they checked the whole entire system and the operation of the system, and everything was functioning and performing the way that it was supposed to, but the customer still complained about comfort in the kitchen and the master bathroom.

Tell us a little bit about that and what people can expect.

And I don't want to get that call back because they're going to say on that 105 degree day that it's not going to cool.
12:04
Yeah.
12:06
Well, what we're seeing out there is it's a combination effect, right? And I didn't know this until 2008.
12:13
So I had long since sold my business, left my business, left the utility, left service experts when I got into Airflow through National Comfort Institute.
12:21
And I was visiting a client in actually Oklahoma.
12:24
So in your market there in Dallas and Oklahoma, all the duct work is basically in the attic.
12:31
So it's easily accessible.

So you could tell that one is fine.
