Dreadstar

I wonder, could it be that? Um, maybe there was a new edition of The Futurians, Dave Cockrum's, uh, self, uh, creator-owned super team that he launched in the '80s.

Perhaps it was an extension because he, they're always doing, uh, crowdfunding with Jim Starlin and his Dreadstar comic, which I believe is among the best things he's ever done exceeding, yes, The Infinity Gauntlet and all things Thanos.

I didn't really believe that it could be Jack Kirby's Silver Star because this is, like, 17, 18 years old, or, or maybe some of the Dynamite, uh, uh, uh, Victory from Captain Victory.

But all of this kept going through me.

And, and so I grabbed, uh, all manner of...

So I, I just grabbed, um, so, and Jim knows how much I love him.

Uh, "Dreadstar," which started out as "Metamorphosis Odyssey" in Epic Magazine.

I was there.

But for Indy, I really didn't have any idea, so I went to Mike's Amazing World, and I think I figured it out.

I don't know if I could really count the Epic line from Marvel as Indy, but I did read Dreadstar and Company No. 1 from March 1985 off the shelf.

That series was a reprint of the original Dreadstar series from Epic.

I also got like Six from Sirius Two, or I should say the second volume of that.

That was November 1985.

Stephen Grant and Gil Kane did Edge.

Jim Starlin did Breed and Dreadstar.

Walt Simonson did Star Slammers.

And then, David, something I don't know that I've ever heard of.
