So, yeah, just to have the standards that we talk about in your professional career kind of transfer over to your personal life as well.

Drayton McLane IIIGUEST
So you have that and hopefully whatever your situation is, if you're married or not married, married side that you your spouse kind of has the same standards and then your children if they're still in the house that you work with them to to learn that or to is there minor teenagers now now it's the part of right enforcing them enforcing them you know this now and as you're supposed to do that but they do a good job and so it's uh everybody helps each other and nobody gets upset if one person calls out the other one is to say you're you're out of balance you're

Eric AlexanderHOST
So how does that aspect of I'm not really ultimately the owner, capital T, capital O, respond to that thought?

Drayton McLane IIIGUEST
I think that maybe the answer is we've got to have a lifestyle where we don't need to be, don't need attention, your media stuff, we don't need VIN.

Drayton McLane IIIGUEST
news or media, and so that part is, I think, helpful that you're not always trying to do something to get attention.

Drayton McLane IIIGUEST
So I think that's kind of helpful, and that might be where some people get off the tap as they're trying to Be important.

What's it like being a good steward in that back office function, like purchasing, like finance?

Drayton McLane IIIGUEST
I think the first is to get, everybody talks about customers and treating customers fairly and over achieving, but we kind of have the philosophy of doing the same for your vendors.

Drayton McLane IIIGUEST
It's like the better that you treat those guys and ladies that the, it'll help you in the long run too, as far as, you know, instead of trying to stretch out what you owe as far as you can until they come to collect on you, is to pay within your terms or take any discounts that you get and pay them as fast as possible.

Drayton McLane IIIGUEST
Because as time goes on, you'll be more of a trusted vendor and there'll be better service, hopefully better pricing than others.

Drayton McLane IIIGUEST
And then also just to really research and find out who's... really one of the good guys or who's there just for a transaction and make the best deal they can off you and move on to the next person.

Third? Yeah, we have a good, strong, each different company has its own senior staff.
