I think, too, it's so fantastic.

If I remember rightly, my parents got their first black and white TV in 1976 and my mother watched Days of Our Lives.

She knows how it works and she knows how to set the motion of the situation and all of that.

Now, I might be really looking way too hard into this, but around this time, I think when they were taping this episode, it hadn't been that long since Drake had passed, who had played John in Days of Our Lives.

Of course, he was the other half of Marlena.

They were the big super couple where Drake had died of cancer.

And it was a very tragic loss for, you know, not only the days of our lives, fans and community, but soap in general.

And so when she said that, I don't know why, but I just got like, she spoke from it from the heart because she was kind of going through her own loss.

Right.

And even, and I think Drake was only like 70.

And I don't know what Langham was thinking when he did all of this.

Allegedly during that storyline, John was supposed to hit Marlena and Drake refused.

He said, I won't do that to the character.

And thank God he did, you know, allegedly, allegedly, because this is the rumor that went around was that this was written.
