Dragon's Dogma

Micah, I'm a gamer, dude.

I consistently have been playing video games this year, but the thing is most of the year was me playing Dragon's Dogma over and over again.

So I probably play more video games than you do, but it's just not a wide variety.

Magic and D&D are in the background as well.

And then we are meant to believe, or they say, hey, it's taken on the characteristics of all these animals, but then it just looks like a dragon? I fully believe that if you mishmash every animal together, it would create a dragon.

You reckon? And then they look at this dragon, which Ghidorah looks great.

He reminds me of, I've just been playing too much Dragon's Dogma and like Outer Scrolls recently, but it reminds me of just like the most epic dragon reveal cutscene in like Japanese video games.

So a producer at Capcom who had been there for a long time, he left.

He started his own business and seemed to take a bunch of other people with him from Capcom who worked on stuff like Dragon's Dogma and Devil May Cry and yada yada yada Capcom stuff.

They made a game called Stupid Never Dies.

Ah, yes.

If

DLCs do count, it would have been Dragon Dogma.

Yeah.

But Dogma was only like, what, 20 or 30 bucks.

Yeah.

Throwing people like that is awesome.

You know what? This kind of reminds me of Dragon's Dogma, too.

It's definitely got a little bit of Dragon's Dogma to it.

Both in the fact that it's... what it's kind of like a generic fantasy world oh yeah and like the plot barely matters it's kind of like a system heavy game yeah i could see that it's got a lot of dragons dogs with dna in it it's got some weird features but no uh

no monsters though no dragons

So why not have monsters? There's not a

ton of monsters in this.

I haven't kept up as much with my needle in my eye and all this Castlevania fun, but there was a cyberpunk 2.0. I've just been playing

Dragon's Dogma, yeah.

This looks really, really good.

And then there's a lot of cut scenes at the end because the story is coming to an end.

And their cut scene quality in Dragon's Dogma, I don't know what's going on, but it's really beautiful.

It's very, very impressive stuff.

Nintendo Switch 2 Resident Evil remakes are going to be getting their digital release on the 16th of October, with early access from the 15th, and the physical editions are coming out on the 29th of January next year.

Dragon's Dogma 2 Dark Arisen got a new trailer, and Sea Viper got a nice little trailer for a new costume in Street Fighter 6.

Quite a revealing one, just going to say.

And then Monster Hunter Wild's Ascendance got a new dragon, a new Elder Dragon Teostra trailer.

Paying money to take the characters' clothes off is just wrong.

Yeah, it's not the vibe.

it's weird anyway what else was in there there's probably nothing else I really need to talk about in there because I don't play Monster Hunters Wild and Dragon's Dogma is looking very nice but I haven't really got a whole lot to say on it is there anything that you feel that we should comment on because you're generally the more knowledgeable of the two of us
