This is, like, pure 1991 or '92 comic book writing.

But we'll just keep going back to the Dark Horse thing, because they produced the comic book that Dr. Giggles is based on, and Larry Drake was in Dr. Giggles and Darkman.

Well, they did all the movie properties.

No, Dr. Giggles is great because he's like a crazy dude that thinks he's a doctor and comes to town where his dad was killed and just starts murdering people and does all this kind of crazy shit.
