But this guy, the receivership currently... has asked the Clark County to approve the sale to a buyer titled Vegas Ventures LLC, who has agreed to acquire the property with the deal expected to close no later than September 30th.

The Downtown Grand has been under assigned receivership since January when they defaulted on a construction loan, which is $105 million loan, by the way.
