Doug Vaughn

It's presented to you by Brown and Crouppen from the Stifel Studios.

Tim McKernan, Doug Vaughn, Martin Kilcoyne with you here on 101 ESPN and the TMA STL YouTube channel, and a gentleman by the name of Jackson Bennett-Burkett with you.

Uh, he's, uh, behind, behind the, uh, dais there, Doug.

Do you see him over there? Do you, I don't know if you saw him.

Uh, I do.

I see him.

Hello, Jackson.

Uh, Doug, uh, unbelievable program that Jackson has-

Presented by Schaefer Door Company on 101 ESPN.

Ah, Doug.

Uh, paper has any particular reason for this wonderful song?

College football doesn't wanna lose that number.

Josh Pate, totally against it.

Uh, Stewart Mandel of The Athletic, totally against it.

With that said, uh, I wanna know, uh, Doug and Martin, where you guys are.

Doug, we'll start with you.

I don't know how much Miami I'll be watching.

I just need them to get over 38.5 points, Doug.

And that's where I will be unless all of a sudden I find out that I have some kind of family or social obligation of which I don't want to participate in.

Yeah.

though.

No, I got a lot of the child sports on the Sundays.

Doug, is that what you found coming up with the kid stuff would be on Sunday? I mean, now I feel like kids play every single

day.

It- it's close enough where you can get to it, but, but far enough where you can get a good night's sleep without hearing all the noise and loud music, if that makes sense.

And that's the Bachelorette parties, Doug? Doug, what do they do? Oh.

They drive around in the CRM?

They drive around in, in buses that-

You know, that, that's the other thing, you know.

But I, but I, I also say that too, you know, at times it, we forget how patient you have to be even with these exceptional elite players.

I mean, you look at the numbers of Nathan MacKinnon, for example, since, you know, Doug, you brought him up.

You know, he didn't hit that kind of 90, 80-point threshold till I think the fifth season in his career, you know? So I know like the Sidney Crosbys, he hit 100 points in his first year, you know, Alex Ovechkin.

And that's the bachelorette parties, Doug? Is that what they do? Oh.

They drive around in a circle?

They drive around in, in buses that-

You know, that, that's the other thing.

So I just, I, I hope that they can just continue to stay relevant so that people will continue to read and, and not necessarily pivot to basketball season because I know that, you know, our buddy Drew King, who covers basketball for us at Power Mizzou, I, I have a feeling a lot of eyes are gonna be on his work this season as well.

Uh, and, uh, in, in our Form Energy YouTube chat, uh, I see Gene Thomas also likes your work, Doug.

Uh, he just wrote, "This Cody sounds tall."

Oh, brother.
